It's either people with short attention span, or people that already know what he's doing, because they're mechanically minded and have seen and done this shit, or enough similar to it, to understand what's happening without explanation. I fall into that latter group, so I typically skip through all of the filler talking points and get straight to the good stuff. Takes up less of my time, and I might even, MAYBE learn something (I don't need 5 straight minutes of talking to see that they're gusseting a transmission mount, or cutting a hole in the firewall so they can patch it in and make it look pretty) Those things are obvious. I can see them doing it right there. That being said, I think it's good that they do explain what they're doing, so that others can learn. Those of us that need to, can easily skip through the explanations that we don't need to hear. Now, when he was in the machine shop and his boy was working with lathe's and mill's for the suspension and steering geometry, I listened to everything his buddy said about that work, because that's the complicated shit (sometimes)

think fox body unibody... I'd weld 2x4 steel to the strut towers that swoop down and cut in like through the floor subframe connectors that go all the way to the rear back half where all the suspension hangs on like a proper RWD CHASSIS

I'm not hating on the tape that keeps your bandsaw on while you use 2 hands to cut out your piece, but harbor frieght has a bench top bandsaw for under $150... just a tad safer, and you can make a really clean cut

Use an electric compressor and relocate everything to the rear of the car. Frees up space under the hood and you can retain ac. Street fx motor sport tv has a 1300hp car with this setup. Theres a vid on youtube showing it.
