I have a theory based on what is happening now and some info in a leak about Cyberstan possibly becoming a mobile planet that can change positions. I think that the war map will never be the same again in the next few months or so. I theorize Cyberstan effectively becomes a "Deathstar like ship" that can move around the war map, the Illuminate use Meridia and wormholes to jump around the map and the Bugs also begin moving around the map as well through the gloom. With this, no longer will any one corner remain under the same faction control again. Not to mention the possible 4th faction adding more chaos.

No corner would remain stable, and territorial control would become a constantly shifting struggle. using their super weapons isn't hypocritical. it'd only be hypocritical if super earth originally attacked the illuminate because they were apalled by them using the weapon to destroy planets. Really, their reasons seem consistent. they attacked out of opportunistic reasons and then used that weapon out of practical reasons. using the same means for which your opponent uses is not hypocritical. it's only hypocritical if your actions contradict your argued grounds. their actions were blowing up the planet with those weapons and their argued grounds was to deny the peace offering for having super weapons. This isn't contradictive and are also different contexts. f

However, let’s not forget that Super-Earth didn’t just accuse the Illuminate of possessing superweapons-they portrayed them as an existential threat to humanity, even though the Illuminate made a peace offer right from the start. How can they be an existential threat if they sought to coexist peacefully? Super-Earth claims a moral high ground and presents itself as a "beacon of hope", yet it attacked a peaceful civilization simply for being better equipped. This undermines any moral justification, in our view. Moreover, claiming the moral high ground while wielding the same weapons you condemn-regardless of the context-reflects a profound double standard. If Super-Earth were truly committed to "democracy" and "freedom," wouldn’t a diplomatic approach better align with those values and potentially save countless lives in the S.E.A.F.?
