Have You Had Your Nutritional Levels Checked? One of the biggest delays in healing that some people face has to do with the deficiency of vitamins, minerals, and other dietary nutrients. Many doctors check their patients for iron deficiency, but fail to check other essential nutrients like vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc, chromium, B-vitamins, etc. Failure to address nutritional deficiencies can lead to delayed healing and delayed response to a gluten free diet.
On this week's episode of Dr. Osborne's Zone, we are going to be breaking down how to understand nutritional deficiencies in more detail, and more importantly, how to TEST so you don't have to GUESS!
Remember that proper nutrition is the key to healing. If you are lacking any essential nutrients, your body will not be able to properly heal and your progress on a gluten free diet will be hindered. I have seen patients completely fail to respond to a gluten free diet because of nutritional deficiencies.
Make sure to join me at 6 PM Central on Tuesday for this deep dive!

I really need to know 100% of this. I'm already a former pharmacist and former workout enthusiast. Fortunately, I'm keeping most of my biomarkers within normal ranges but I have to really stay on top of these levels. The story behind this is I have Stage 3 CKD (in remission since losing 140 pounds), T2D, and a tragic loss of 90% of my pancreas. It is exhausting keeping up with my needs. I appreciate all the information you provide. Thank you.

if you want to be able to check your levels on your pancreas, trace elements and vitamins, also amino acids and co-enzymes buy yourself the Quantum 5 Electromagnetic Resonance Analyzer. It will provide enough for you to see if anything goes out of range. After that you can follow up with blood works if necessary. I've been working with a lot of patients with various deficiencies and health problems, this devise is quite accurate and has assisted me a lot in helping others and my family.

@NansGlobalKitchen I got completely off of gluten and 2 days later my alkalalosis was gone. Now my blood shows no antibodies. Gluten is a common trigger for autoimmune disorders. I am also on a high fat carnivore diet. Gluten is in almost everything. Even if wheat is not an ingredient, it may be made in a facility that processes food with Gluten.

I've had my gallbladder removed and Drs. Never told me anything nutritional wise after surgery, just that I would be fine after! Complete lies.. took me many years and thousands of dollars to see functional medicine Dr. to figure out why I had become so sick! First things first, you MUST use digestive enzymes (bile salts) if you do not have a gallbladder to properly absorb & digest your food.

I can put my hand up for celiacs (at least 6 decades). My mother had crohns and has worn a bag for 25 years. My younger brother had early (teenage) surgery for crohns also. I can understand most of what you say quite easily. I wound up on injections for migraines and nasty things in my bowels, including surgeons! Dr's gave me pills over education and I was tossed from one 'too hard' basket to the next. Long story short . . I love the sincere, concerned compassion in your face because I know what you say is the truth (and much more). I took your advice 4 years ago, along with that of 2 others and backed out of the needles, statins, antacids, liver disease, skin problems, pain killers, depression . . ad nauseam. Still a ways to go and I am confident. Thank you so much for this amazing life I now have which both my daughters know too 🙂

❤❤❤❤ Yes please. I 100% agree. There are a lot of shocker drs out there that know 'MORE ABOUT NOTHING THAN EVEN SOMETHING' these days! Ive learnt out the hard way! Most from OVERSEAS of course! NONE of them could even get my couple of scripts correct!!! Writing down a script for tablets would you believe, instead of D3 w oil and 1 once month then 1 every 3 months. Kept on saying I know longer had Hashi BUT only tested for TSH4!. After so much 🤬🤬🤬🤬 happening by multiple Drs at same practice - I walked out - but not before booking an app back with my original Dr & practice! I apologised to him for ever leaving and told him Id never leave unless I have to go into a Nursing Home OR CARK IT. After telling him they had never given me a full blood test - you should see how much he listed on there. Going back tomorrow for results. I think Im going to be very shocked regards to my results. Im not the same person as before I left my previous practice! I believe there will be major problems when I hear them. At least I now believe my 'back to New/Old Dr' is hard to beat but even he most probably doesnt know EVERYTHING - Im back in his hands now at least! I love watching your episodes plus along with a few others! MANY Id never find on most sites but there again - ID NEVER EVER find them on mainstream Radio, TV etc. Searching and trying to find 'u n g u a g e d' sites now is even still very hard to find. If I find a site IS as the above - I know that they are likely like that because the Liars think its their way of hiding but all theyve done is 'tried to put their foot into their oversized mouth'! So many are waking up to all this but I never fell at any stage of what happened from 2000 onwards. I was already taking D3 + K2 from when I was originally taking them from a GP/NP before he

Thank you Dr Osbone. I like that you say folate. Folic acid I heard is synthetic and recently is contributing to neurological problems in young. I wish I could site the paper We shout avoid folic acid period. Apparently you can get to much , this is not so with folate. Also those with the MRHFR Gene variant cannot do folic acid. I hope you can correct me if I’m wrong.
@therealjenniferrr
@therealjenniferrr Ай бұрын
Dr. Ben Lynch has a lot of great information on this topic, essentially folic acid can gum up the receptors for folate and you can end up with a B9 deficiency despite supplementing folic acid because many people can not utilize that form. No human should be using folic acid.
