Black Book Basics I don’t know yet...I am taking my journey and focusing on me. When there comes a time when there is genuine effort (not measly crumbs) to reconcile, I will know then what to do. In the meantime, I focus on me...that’s all I can control. I found that that’s when I am strongest, heal quicker and in flow! It’s also teaching me to not focus on her and to focus on my higher purpose....it’s hard- it is really hard at times and I flip between yes I want her to no I don’t because I am in the rebuilding stage. I have a poster/quote on my wall that helps me- look for the picture of Michael Phelps and the South African Le Clos and the quote says “Winners focus on winning. Losers focus on winners” I love this because it reminds me to focus ahead and focus on my lane!

We had a prebooked trip with no refund option, A month before this trip she broke up with me during that month before the trip we kept in touch and I admit I begged her even and pleaded and all sort of things to try to convince her but it did not work ,so she said maybe this trip will rekindle things between us but that wasnt the case it was horrible asI kept on trying to rekindle things and she didnt respond to anything I tried . So when we came back I told her I am moving on and I am done with pleading her and that I needed to remove myself from the whole situation for my well being and self respect , she said lets stay friends but I said no , I said I respect myself and need to move on . Got my things out of her place and went back to my place , thank god I have my own aprtment . 3nd day of no contact only but moving on strong thank god for you advice which I took . let me know you thoughts please??

Correction, if she left then she was probably thinking about leaving for quite some time, so its a 50% success. If she left then it is very rare a woman will come back. Once we have left we never return. That's before the 6-month mark because she probably done and never going to return.
