I should of done the no contact from the very beginning but I didn’t watch these videos at the time and stayed friends with her. 3 months now and we talk every single day and video chat for a hour or longer multiple times of the day. I just discovered this channel and all I gotta say is that you guy's said the right things I needed to hear. I've been doing no contact with my ex for a month now. It's my second time going no contact with her. The first no contact period lasted 4 months. But I went back to it again because she kept being hot and cold with me (She was confused about if she really loves me or not.) Me and my ex got into an argument just cause I went to see my mom cause they were doing a cake for her and cause she needed help around her house I left with my 2 year old to see my mom and she was angry I'm talking about like top of the line angry so she basically messed up everything so from a little argument it turned into a big thing and now I have deal with court smh I really don't get it and I guess she's stalking my Facebook and taking screenshots for proof for court like why stalk my page when your blocked on Facebook I don't get it I know I have it public but still and cause I got arrested I'm not allowed to see my kids you see what she caused it's been a month without seeing my kids and that hurts alot i miss my kids and she didn't know I got arrested she did send me an email saying that she sorry and that she told the cops too much information and that got me in trouble so even though all this happened I can't be in contact with her or my kids so what does all this mean does she still cares or think about me? today it will be a month this shit is confusing smh she fucked up everything. I cannot prove she cheated but she definitely emotionally cheated on me with a co-worker and found out 6 weeks later he at her place after i kicked her out. I did the usual petty ish.. I blew up.. Called her a Whore, home-wrecker yada yada been in no contact for a minute,I dont contact her at all unless its about the kids. No hello/good byes. No small talk at all.. After the betrayal i dont want her back Even after 8 yrs, she gonna sleep in that bed she made. Ive stopped drinking,got another job and do side hustles for more money, started therapy to dissolve some past issues/CHT I wasnt aware of, getting clarity by working on understanding my role in it and how i contributed to the end results... Its not easy.. Nothing easy in life is worth doing tho
