If your friends are causing you to lose your hair then you should ditch them

@@regalshot.2423 it’s not really them honestly but they make jokes (that they aren’t serious about ofc) but I’m a pretty emotional person and their jokes (which that how they show their love as friends) hurt me sometimes. I told one of them but not the whole entire thing so idrk what to do as of now but if I ditch them I’ll either be lonely, ignored, or hang out with a group of boys (which I would get bullied for by some stupid idiots) so it’s not their fault anyway and they don’t stress me out like that but I am insecure of some things now.

Thanks a lot for your video. After recovering from covid, I noticed my hair was thinning. I switched my shampoo and oil to litlllextra cocoonnioon, and it really helped lessen my hair fall and increase hair growth. Additionally, I began using a scalp massager, which cleans the scalp thoroughly during shampooing.

@@karinaitkn3889 for me personally it lasted about 3-4 months. I have two Maine coon cats who shed terribly and when I would vacuum I would have way more hair on the floor then the two of them. Focus on nutrition. So if you're like me and forget to eat until you're feeling sick from hunger, try stocking up on those bottles of protein shakes. Protein and vitamins that taste like dessert. And herbs like rodiola rosea and ashwaghanda have really helped me. Magnesium complex for evening relaxation. I've never been diagnosed but I can relate. I can function in society at great cost and lots of stress, I do what I have to for my family. Recently testing out microdoses of amanita muscaria for feelings of overwhelm have been helping so far. Hope this helps ❤

I don’t have any vitamin deficiency’s but my dermatologist said it was from inflammation in the hair follicles from Covid. I had a similar issue that’s under control now, but I would say, there were a couple things that helped me. I tried to maintain my scalp free of styling products or leave-in conditioning products (to avoid clogged pores) and apply them only half way down my length. I use apple cider vinegar diluted half and half with water, about once or twice a month, to maintain my scalp clear if it gets too oily because it’s a more gentle clarifying product for hair and scalp (I apply it in the shower after shampooing and conditioning and leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse off completely). I don’t wear tight pony tails, or hair styles that tangle my hair too much (I have wavy hair and detangling is worse if I leave my hair wavy). Also a shorter length helps (less weight and less pulling when detangling). Hope it gets better for you.

@roselynmvm
@roselynmvm 10 ай бұрын
@@CK_Godoth it did. I used to lose probably 3-4 times more than what I lose now. But I have never stopped doing all the things I mentioned before, not even after it got better. I also don’t over-washed my hair (just twice a week) which is also why I don’t put styling product on my roots. Washing your hair often is terrible for the health of your scalp (your natural ph gets all messed up) and having it too dirty for too long is also not great (clogged pores) so a good balance is important. It does get better. If you have a chronic illness that causes hair loss is best to talk to your doctor, but regardless you can still minimize a hair loss side effect by having certain habits.

@@CK_Godoth Many men experience hair loss in some point of their lives due to environmental and/or genetic reasons. Sometimes those reasons don’t affect women in the same way. But overall, certain habits could always help. My husband has been experiencing genetic hair loss for the last few years and weirdly enough a few days ago I discovered a lot of new growth on his head. I made a mix for him of the apple cider vinegar to use in the shower (cause sometimes he would just “wet” his hair without washing properly) and also use more regularly my shampoo and conditioner, probably for about 2-3 months, and perhaps it could be coincidental, but he has new hair growth on bold areas of his head which hasn’t happened for long time. And he just got a haircut and his hairstylist noticed as well. So I think that having a good routine could not hurt. Hope it gets better for you :)

Normal is about 60-120 hairs per day, so anything above that would be excessive. I worked for a dermatologist and we had patients put daily hair shed in an envelope with the day's date. I then had to count the hairs after the patient collected a month's worth of envelopes. Horrible job, but it told a story. Usually the patient's shedding was within the normal limits.

I had excessive shedding- ended up being from an iron deficiency. I was losing so much hair after showers that I would have to take a napkin and collect a wad of hair. Each shower. After styling I would have to sweep the floor because hair would be covering the floor. I would see long brown hairs everywhere, constantly. If I just ran my fingers through my hair strands would be in my fingers. Now I can run my fingers through my hair and I don’t hair hair fall out. I might have a few strands in my fingers when I’m shampooing/conditioning or in my hairbrush but I don’t have to collect them every time. It more of a when I’m cleaning the shower and when I’m cleaning my brushes thing. I might see a hair here or there on my coat or floor. These things are not normal and you need to go to a Dr asap and get some bloodwork. Thyroid, autoimmune, vitamin, hormone imbalance.

@@aperson1004 I'm too exhausted to go to a doctor.. And if I would go to the doctor for every little thing, I'd have to run there often :/ I never had covid... not that I know of at least.

I have a lot of hairfall! Its been a year since I got hair treatment(keratin). I've been using homeopathic medicines since 24 October and oiling and washing my hair once a week and taking vitamins (i got blood test but it shows i dont have any deficiency but doc said i should still take them). I even tried Indulekha. The only thing left is fixing my sleep schedule. I sleep late and wake up later or sleep late and wake up early or sleep early and wake up early within a week. I don't think it's causing hairloss because before i used to sleep early wake up early with 6 or 4 hrs of sleep and i still had hairloss.During December I jad Winter break and my hairfall reduced a bit and started to be in control. I was so happy. But since this week it got worse again Idk how to fix it anymore. Maybe I should try shaving my head but I'm scared because my hair growns really slowly :( I'm still in school and I'm insecure about my hair :( What do I do?

I've been losing so much hair for over 2 yrs to the point my front hair line and scalp is so thin I r had a full blood work up and everything is fine so I believe it's stress. I've noticed within the last mo. My sides of my scalp is so itchy . My hair is growing but falling out. I refuse to go get my hair cut nc the stylist made rude comments about how my hair was all over her and work station and in the sink .my hair is down to my waist. Going to the dermatologist to see if I can get help. In the mean time I've been wearing wigs So DEPRESSED
