He cried about hugging Eminem but from the very next day he was back on Eminem slander and posting his booking details for interviews. His words don't match his actions and he's a walking contradiction. If he's so sick of it all why does he actively seek it out? Because... he loves the attention. He's making money off Em's name by doing interviews where he keeps throwing dirt on him. His crying was only because he had too much henny, coke and weed in his system and it overpowered his system. Zino's been obsessed with throwing dirt on Eminem's name for 20 years now and making money off it - but the dirt on Zino... is much, much worse. He's not a good man.

I'm always confused by the what has eminem done for the culture or for the community?? And why are we not asking the same of any other artists??? Never her about what has jay or nas done??
@notforone10 ай бұрын
Exactly. But let's not let it be forgotten what Em has done for hip hop. He put on a lot of black artists. And if it wasn't for Em, we literally wouldn't have gotten 50 Cent, because the whole industry was blackballing him. No one wanted to sign him because of his beefs and death threats. Em took the step to sign him to Shady Records, he put out Get Rich or Die Trying under Em. Em has also put over a lot of other artists too - but it's not under his control how big an artist will get, that depends on the audience. I feel people have this expectation of him finding another Eminem or another 50 Cent. That's a very unfair judgement.
@kennycenteno422010 ай бұрын
I felt that. Glad I grew out of the idea. Music is not a living but a hobby that if you're lucky enough can become a living. A sad reality many refuse to accept. It is what it is

Peace and blessings. At a certain point, maturing adults are too grown for bullshit and beef. It's sad to see. I sympathize with his statement about being asked about Em in every interview for 20 years. I can't imagine carrying that around. You're spot on about the mental health conversation. Let's not pretend like we cared when the signs were in our face but act surprised when something tragic happens. Even if it's the spiritual and mental decay that an individual endured for 5,10,20 years.. That's a long slow painful death at the end of the day.

🤔 Now I want to check out what else he had to say to Nore. In isolation, this clip seems like a first step towards something positive for Benzino… despite the guaranteed negative reactions he is already receiving. I don't know the man, and I barely followed the beef. He's never given me any reason to like or respect him. I didn't read rap magazines during my brief love affair with hip-hop (1998-2002). I only recently learned he was an emcee _before_ the publishing empire. Personally, I appreciate seeing what lies beneath all of that tough talk: genuine fear of losing the culture, and exhaustion of being misunderstood. I understand _why_ Benzino and Melle Mel have issues with a white man being known as the top emcee. Em seems like someone willing to sit down and talk about it, but not willing to be talked _about_ like this. Right or wrong, going against Eminem is like kicking the Bey Hive; you just can't win. Anyway, I do hope something constructive comes out of this public humiliation.
@notforone10 ай бұрын
I won't say this about Melle Mel but Benzino is a deeply racist man. You can find lots of evidence on KZbin, from police tapes of his racist rants to IG Live rants. From the very next day, Benzino was back on Eminem slander and posting his booking details for interviews. His words don't match his actions; he's a liar. I can't trust his words because he's a walking contradiction. If he's so sick of it all why does he actively seek it out? Because... he loves the attention. Benzino definitely needs to talk to someone who could help him heal… he needs to get Em off his mind and go work on himself and his issues. I had to do it..holding on to stuff… my mom passed (2010 right before I had my first child) and I stopped talking to my dad for years… he passed in 2021 and I’ve haven’t spoken to him… then losing my mother in law a month before and my job was on my a$$… I couldn’t take it anymore… too much stress and grief was weighing on me and I had to get help to get stuff off my chest… I couldn’t carry how I was feeling anymore… I think Benzino is at that point… he needs to stop drinking and go get therapy.
