My case feels useless, builder claims insurance was 1 year but the law says 6 for structures. No cement on block fence pillars in 1acre house. Lawyers want 400 an hour with 10k deductible while the builder has an LLC which he can abandon to not pay a cent.

Man that sucks. Sorry to hear that. I would say that in my experience that the 6 year year structure just covers the home. I haven’t ever seen them warranty their fence for that long as it’s a separate structure not included as part of the “house”
