Imagine how many of us are still fighting to suffer in our day to day jobs. Being an entrepreneur or even starting a new thing whatever it is, isn’t easy but it’s definitely worth suffering for something that has the possibility of changing your life and loved ones lives forever.

What an absolutely honest and awesome conversation! I needed this so much! I just got my business license last month and I'm making the leap from my corporate job December 27, 2024! I am American (Philadelphia, Pa) and I lived in Ghana for about 2 years. I returned to the states last June because the country's financial situation was getting way too hard. I am building my business to eventually teach and hire Ghanaians when I go back. Because you are of Ghanaian heritage, I know that this message came directly from the ancestors! THANK YOU ALL!!! (My Spirit is a bit overwhelmed, but I'm going to push through for this! Generational wealth and helping my GH brothers and sisters is my why!) ❤👑 Medasse pa pa pa pa! 😁

I don't own a business, but I started a new job and as a black woman this stirred something in me. How I want to present myself at work and the quality of work I want to produce, I am in such a relaxed work place, I feel like my quality of work has changed and I have more to offer. It's just good to maintain certain standards ( I want to be proud of my work always).

Instead of discussing her having to fire people, I wish you would have asked her what she does as a boss and founder to make sure her employees are doing well, and can handle their workloads. Since you touched on her experience of getting fired and treated poorly by a previous employer. Especially since she touched on worker productivity and people working from home. Being a successful business owner also includes leadership and people skills no? Other than that enjoyed the interview!
