I really want a ferrari 458 or 488 pista. I’ve been gradually investing in AI/ecommerce/fintech stocks and buying property in blue chip suburbs that will grow in value over time. I see Property loan debt as good debt as long as you pick the right property in a good location. And of course you have to be able to service the loan without breaking your back. Goal is to eventually start a business that will potentially create much larger cash flow to not only buy but afford these cars (maintenance/repairs etc)

Work, invest and spend. Go into debt when your assets bring cash so that you'll pay no taxes or very little. Buy your cars, houses and valuables with LLCs, not on your name. You have to be poor to pay zero taxes. Let's say you bought a building for 20 mil, on a 30-yr credit. When the building's rent will be done paying back the credit, that's when the LLC you bought the building with, will start to make money and pay taxes. Guess why McDonald's nr 1 business is real estate... Burgers are so secondary to them that if they stopped, they'll still be making a hell lot of money
