I think it can be very harmful in the ways that it changes your natural hormones, how come men are just fine without birth control but for women it’s “very important”? On another note, some people cannot be on hormonal birth control because of risk of other health problems (blood clots and strokes). Every body is different and women use or don’t use it for very different reasons!
