By the way I can completely relate to everything you're saying. I'm a vegan momma to a 3-year- old boy and 13month old girl.. I feel like I'm not in control constantly. I learned it's really helpful to stop and take deep breaths when something goes wrong and adress it when I'm calm, or else I rage. I'm on a path towards buddism and definitely want to learn more about living in the present and being a better person for my kids. Please update us on your journey and which book was most helpful.

This video was a breath of fresh air! I can relate on so many levels! I enjoy watching your vlogs and getting a glimpse into your life but hearing you talk about the raw reality of being a stay at home mom and the struggles just makes you even more relatable. Thank you!!!! We all have things about ourselves we want to work on. I feel like I'm constantly TRYING to have more patience and while I mean well, I battle with it every single day. Not counting the fact that I am a horrible procrastinator hahaha Excepting the things we can't change is the hardest part, we just have to learn not to beat ourselves up over those things. I think you are doing a great job! The best advice I can give you is to start small and only work on 1 thing at a time. Don't set yourself up to fail. Pick ONE thing you want to work on and try your hardest, focus on that one thing. Because at the end of the day at least you can honestly say you are doing the BEST you can. 😘

I remember those moments. I hope I feel it again. Our jobs aren't ever done. But, we have to take time off. Every so often. It's needed. I haven't done that in a long time. Me and my husband are saving to move to Washington! We are lucky enough to where his job will let him move and still work for them. But we're very excited. We live in Texas. And I'm SO ready to experience another place! I wish you luck in feeling better on a daily basis. I really feel you on that. I have 4 kids.

I'm the same way. I have pretty bad anxiety. I'm trying to work on it.

I definitely relate to what you're saying re: people thinking you're a cool calm person vs. the utter maniac you can be. Hah! :) How did the books work out for you?
