If Abraham’s work of offering Isaac merely confirmed for us that he had faith, Abraham justification in the sight of god is further confirmed by Abraham being called “the friend of god” as a result of his obedience action, for James Abraham’s offering of Isaac set off a chain reaction, his faith “was completed by works” verse 22, the “scripture was fulfilled” whereby Abraham was reckoned as righteous James 2:22, and he was called “the friend of god” verse 23

In the last few days I've been exhausted and it's been hard to wake up early in the morning and I need to be alert tomorrow.
