I purchased a dolly with my Twin Troller and glad I did. Not only is it great to transport the boat, but also I noticed a lot of water inside the hull that accumulated up over time. I had to place it in the yard and turn it on it's side to drain the water out. Now I know why there are drain plugs on the sides of the boat. The dolly helped out tremendously.

I've seen this done with the same dolly years earlier, but slightly differently, and in my opinion, it's a better method. When ya have the TT on the dolly and close to the water/bank, stop and grab the rope tied to the front of the boat with the dolly still attached to the back of the boat. Get the nose of the boat just at the edge of the water. With the rope still in hand, go to the back of the boat and use the dolly to push the boat half way into the water. Remove the dolly as shown, shove the boat out into the water with the rope still in-hand. As the boat is floating away from you, give the rope a yank, which spins the nose of the boat back towards the bank, and you're now ready to board the boat. Just sayin'.
