I'm not sure how accurate this is. If someone can confirm or deny, that would be great. Anyway, here it is. I was at a One Violent Night event and it seemed like it was taking forever for the bar to fill. Someone got on voice chat and told everyone to stop farming the ghouls outside as they spawned. He said that it works much better if you let them inside the building before you kill them. Most of the people killing ghouls outside came inside and it did seem to make a big difference. Personally I think this is true because there have been times where there were a lot of people at the event and we've failed because the bar never filled completely. I assume it was because too many people were killing too many ghouls outside as they spawned. I could be wrong, but it makes sense to me.

The main reason it fails is because of the interactions on that note. So most people just kill them with normal weapons if you start killing with melee weapons like the guitar or drum that fills it. All drink 🍺 and then make sure the jukebox is playing you should be good

Yes you sre correct from my experience. Keep all the festivities inside the building and jukebox should always be on. Any noisy weapon helps not just the ones a laying inside. I managed to get the bar full when we were running out of time, with a few seconds to spare by throwing a bunch of grenades. Never tried the alcohol think but if it says so on the note its probably true. Tired of people picking off the ghouls as the spawn from a distance. Oh and switching of the jukebox. Stop it.

The one thing I really like about this event is that it outright encourages AFK players to join for free loot. And in this event they can still help the team, it's very rare that is the case.

Just turn on the jukebox and don't play the instruments. Kill spawns until final boss appears. OVNight was bugged out previously because people went AFK on the instruments and used the pip boy trick to stim themselves.

I usually just turn on the jukebox and stand on top of it killing every ghoul that comes close.

also to not attack the wendigo with anything other than fists. there's no record of it giving a better reward but I'll like to think there is

@HiImZech another video to research as soon as the wendigo appears someone shoots it and it fails that part. Wondering what the boost could be?

2000 hours and never read the note properly. I hope a lot of players watch this video. Another tip is (or a suggestion), the higher levels should be the one who do the music. We are more tanky compared to the lower level. Yes, they might not do the protecting job perfectly but do we really need more XP than the little ones? Besides, those stimpacks are almost never used lol anyway, thx for the video, AKP
