Tipica pizza romana stesa con il mattarello , fina e croccante ... noi romani siamo innmorati della nostra pizza . A me non dispiace anche quella napoletana , soffice e con il cornicione tipico alto. Ma a Roma piace questa . Niente male i fritti che oltre il baccala', il famosissimo suppli' e fiore di zucca , c'e' anche la crocchetta di patate , le olive ascolane .

A gente poderia dizer a mesma coisa da pizza brasileira. Pizza com massa de pão amanhecido, 10kg de queijo ruim por cima que quando esfria vira um cobertor de cimento, molho de tomate preto artificial do sachê. Vc morre de fome e a gente morre de diarreia 😂 Brincadeira a parte, esta é a pizza tradicional que se faz em Roma. È UM tipo de pizza que a gente tem, entre outras dezenas que no Brasil vocês não conhecem. Se gostar de pizzas topadas de recheio, com borda, a estrela, pizza doce, pizza com fruta, e merda parecida...tem um monte de pizzarias assim na Itália. Por sua informação também, na Itália a pizza é individual, não comem 4-5 pessoas como no Brasil. E se tiver com fome come duas...que ainda vai ser mais em conta do que uma brasileira 😂
