From a cork man living abroad, I can honestly say these two are the shining lights we all need to hear more of in society in Ireland. I am sitting here watching with enormous pride in the resilience and the honestly. You can literally hear the pain in their voice when they speak. To come out the other side and then to use your experiences to help elicit change in a community is nothing short of amazing. God bless.

These guys should be going around the schools and giving open discussions with 4th -6 th years lads and girls telling the kids their story and also offering pathways out of the situations kids are in keep going lads there’s definitely a place in society for men like this open , honest and humble you have to leave the past behind and live for the future you have from the age of 15-65 to get it some what right whatever right is but keep plugging away persistence is key

The value of what you are both doing cannot be measured. You are both so articulate & have so much emotional intelligence. Gabor Mate has helped me turn my life around too. I never tire of listening to him. Gabor, James & Timmy, I look forward to that podcast! 💕

Articulate and very insightful. Very honest and true depiction of addiction and carrying through childhood trauma. i can relate to a lot of what the lads are saying and often thought of coming on the show but I would be afraid to tell my story due to fear it could hinder my career in my profession. I am a Norrie too and proud!

Brilliant listening to the 2 lads, really do admire them, from were they came from to were they are now. I struggle with addiction, it can be really hard sometimes.I totally agree with what Timmy said, to try keep busy and don't let your thinking take control. Stinking Thinking, that's what I call it. Brilliant lads.🤜🤛 I'm just going to keep trying and hopefully it clicks if I keep doing the next right thing.
