I really like the Zambia and Zimbabwe series. Your hosts have been very nice. Especially your Zimbabwe host is amazing. Harare suburbs reminds me of Nairobi in the 80s before mushrooming of highrise apartments everywhere. Harare City Centre looks abit like Johanesburg or Durban city centres.

The baobab powder you can also put it in smoothies . It’s very healthy but she can mix it with milk too . A lot of pregnant women who eat earth / sand are those ones who have low iron . So low iron makes women especially pregnant women crave from clay . If they take their multivitamins or eat Whole Foods they would not have problems craving clay .

I think that every country in black Africa has two sides in their cities. The only exception in Melbourne in Australia where you wouldn’t know the government does put national houses for the homeless & poor in all suburbs & no now can easily tell if a particular house is for the poor. The only ones who can tell are the neighbours. As for Harare, it’s a beautiful city that was well planned. I like the traditional food there because it’s the same as ours in Zambia. Thanks for the lovely video

That is fake western History why does the Bantu languages have similarities with ancient Egypt and ancient H.ebrew if they are from Cameroon ? why does Bantu philosophy "Ubuntu" same as MAART of Kermit ? why does marriage and family arrangement , one God concept of Bantu people same as Ancient Hebre.w or old testament culture why is there no history of how the bantu ended in Cameroon or where they where before that ?

@chocon88186 ай бұрын
Organic is overhyped. Nobody in the world is living longer or better because they are eating only organic. Gravity and time are still going to make you look old and age no matter what you eat. If eating organics would make you look forever young and you can have better sex for the rest of your life, we all would be on the bandwagon.

The last Kingdom of King Solomon. Remember, long time ago Africans did not have boarders. The Batwa people came from Zaire ( forests people The Pygmies). A Question, what went wrong with the giant Gorillas? Bantu education
@vanhuvanhuvese27386 ай бұрын
Africa did not have borders but make no mistake every peace of land was accounted for and had its own local rulers who dont report to anyone else on earth or africa for that matter you could not just go and stay anywhere you want not without their permission let us not romanticize history of a past with no governance and local ownership.Right now some countries are lawless or run by sellouts who will do anything to apease the west countries like Zimbabwe that took their land will rather keep our borders let sellouts sell their land if they so desire and have western military bases.South africa ,Zimbabwe, namiibia Zambia etc will not be joining such foolery.
