cool video, thanks ! here are some things that have worked for me : 1. start out the channel by sticking directly to 1 artist - (i picked drake, the good thing is he can fit on almost everything, so i always post drake type beat but depending on the beat i write for example drake x bryson tiller or drake x 21 savage type beat, so drake is the main focus but the other rappers name gives a better hint at what the beat sounds like 2. before you start out posting, have a decent amount of beats ready -> this will give you a secure feeling because you know you are not going to run out of beats quickly 3. try to look what works for other producers 4. be consistent, like forreal, if your not gonna get results in 1 month and you quit then its not made for you - keep going - if you been uploading consistent for half a year and nothing has been working out then you should start to think about if youre doing something wrong but not after 1 month 5. be unique -> dont try to copy someone because you wont take his spot 6. you dont have to post everyday, check the analytics and see when your audience is most active, but try to upload at least 3-4 times a week hope this can help someone 2024 is our year lets goo!!

Something I forgot to mention is copying the tags of producers at the very top of search for whatever rapper you choose. This is really important!

@@Rpc.21 that’s one of the ways you get KZbin to suggest your videos next to theirs. Doesn’t have to be the exact tags but at least make them similar so KZbin knows what to shoot for when suggesting your vids

Thislandis makes type beats videos with black and white thumbnails with no particular resolution of the picture and I'd say he is popular among other producers because he makes high quality beats and he come up with his iconic style (tremolo guitar melodies), and he's super consistent. I believe videos with thumbnails of girls with butts get views bcuz people click these videos to wank one out while some music is playing lol.

Unfortunately there’s not a great answer, you have to utilize your type beat channel to grow the email list as well, make sure free downloads are enabled. If you’re confident enough in your beat you can run promo on beatstars, it won’t guarantee you a sale, but that’s how I got a ton of free downloads which built up my email list pretty nicely. I sadly didn’t have this automation running at the time but I wish I did. You can also opt for google ads or facebook ads. But organic growth from your type beat channel is just fine too. It just takes a looooot of patience. I didn’t get my first sale for almost a year and a half

I would also highly recommend having multiple type beat channels if you can manage that. If you’re good at multiple subgenres divide them out between subgenres

One of the most important things is average watch time. CHECK YOU ANALYTICS PLEASE! If you have a good average watch time then KZbin will push your beats into the algorithm! Watch time is also one of the only algorithm things you can control as well. if you make genuinely good beats that are reaching the target audience then, even if the views are low, the watch time will still be decent

i realized there isn't really videos showing how producers can make how to tutorials, u should make a video on how producers can do how to make type beats tutorials for those that wanna start making tutorials or cook up beats live etc, i haven't found a informative video yet, I'm a producer/artist as well
