Ok so I know a producer who makes beats on KZbin for free for profit and with no tags. Rappers are permitted to use the beats to monetize as well. There are contracts available but in the contracts, there is no time limit and no maximum limit of streams. Trust me this guy is legit too I know it’s not a scam. I DMed him on instagram and he said that the only scenario where he would take action is if the rapper is going to get signed by a record label, because he wants the record label to know his talent. Would you say that there really is no point in even leasing the beat?

People don't really mention it because it's up to you. There isn't really a right or wrong way to go about it. I'd suggest checking out your favorite producer's websites and seeing what they do. At that point at least you can make an informed decision ✌️
