David Carnoy of CNET gave this a rave review saying that the sound was fuller and had more bass than the Flip 4, however listening to your tests back to back it seems that isn't the case, (although still better than the UE Boom/Boom2). Then again, they've given all the UE speakers more favourable reviews than the competition... It's almost as if they need to favour it because UE gave them tours of their workshop.

Flip 4 and wonderboom sounds both comparable but the flip 4 sounds a tad bit crisp then the wonderboom both good with base but the flip 4 is a smidge louder.

How do you know when it's fully charged?

If you want to check the charge press the + and - button at the same time. If 4 notes play it is at full charge, if 3 around 75-80% and so on. Also- if you are charging it and the light stops flashing it is at 100%.

Has more pronounced bass before going over half volume... After that mids mostly overtake i.e. keyboards & guitars. Broke in one of my pair today with some techno & metalcore... Bass drops definitely faze out at higher volume output...

if you guys want good or great Bluetooth speaker get the jbl charge 3 it has good bass and the mids and highs are really good way better then this speaker it's only 50$ more then the wonderbomb it has better sound and looks nicer and also it's louder then this speaker
