Extreme hand conditioning is needed for shoken and the finger tips to be effectively used. Otherwise, you could break your fingers.

Absolutely! conditioning is very misunderstood.. I would like to do and introductory to conditioning , advanced conditioning , finally conditioning drills for fighting. Thank You!
