Great video. At our company, for a specific line of business, we require payment in advance with a disclaimer that the price may be higher if complications arise. This has made it so that we have no collections issues.

Hey! We do ask 60% pre-payment for every surgery/procedure but we don't ask pre-payment for a normal consultation since we feel that would make the point of entry to come the very first time to our practice, too high.
