Shamrockzk I know he always appreciates what the UK scene did for him, but it did limit him in terms of channel growth. You can only grow so much doing UK reactions, so he expanded in doing more US and look where he is now. I guess the advantage is that when he does react to the UK with the followers he has now, he is able to now expose more people to the music

R K I’ve heard from other reactors that a big issue is that a lot of uk rap videos are heavily copyrighted now (because they’re not making money from music on the same level as US artists so fair enough protect ur assets). So for those reactors who built up a subscriber base doing UK reactions, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to spend time ($) and effort recording reactions to UK music and have the video taken down due to copyright, when you can access popular US artists whole catalogue worry free and get the same amount or more views at the same time. I been subscribed to Shaq for long but I ain’t mad at it, like get ur bread bro😂. Can tell he genuinely rates UK music tho and he uploads so many reactions to whack US rappers that get views regardless, so I’m sure he would have no issue uploading bare UK reactions if this copyright issue didn’t exist now
