I work in GP practice and almost every surgery is full to capacity, with many saying that there are not enough practices to fulfil demand caused by mass migration to the uk. The surgeries can’t give any more appointments and some can’t even get doctors.

Growth is the only solution. How? Reduce regulation, shrink the size of the state and simplify and reduce personal taxes.

My question John is which of the two main parties will do this? Both seem intent on extra tax, growing the size of the state and more regulation..... I see no leader that even has your points as ideas never mind policy proposals
