I think wild man held this convo and kept the momentum so unsure wgat you lot talking about. Even paddy knows, wild man made this easier because, he kept sparking it and making connection, and it's raw, organic, twists and turns, bk on the track. Ideal conversation and telling his side 'in comparisons - shaun attwood is the listener and chooses selective questions, wild man just fires in ' sometimes meaning, lack self awareness, however, good chemistry here.

I was in Acklington with Terry molony in 2006. He was such a lovely man and just a big gentle joker. Had some laughs with him in the painting and decorating shop taking the piss out of Jack who was the teacher. Hope he's doing well anyway he is a good lad with a heart of gold.

Hiya Paddy, really enjoyed your interview mate. Rushed out and bought the book, excellent, read it in 3 days. You mentioned Paul Debrick in your book. I knew him well through being into Northern Soul. Paul would come down to Sheffield with about 4 more lads, there was about 5 of us, then we'd go off to the Clifton Hall all niter, Rotherham. A few of the lads from Boro who's name I remember was Bosie (recently heard he had passed away) and Clarke. They used to bring some belting wizz with them, a light yellow colour, might have come via you. On the last bus to Rotherham we used to sell a bit to a little black guy. We found out his name a few years later - Johnny Nelson. Small world Paddy, take care mate

I remember working with a scaffolder in Stockton a few years back. Shandy Boyce was his name. Brilliant bloke and he was the 1 who taught Lee Duffy how to box. Im sure he is mentioned in the book about Duffy. Man he had some great stories from back in the day!

He actually comes across as a decent human being, who probably realises he's done wrong in the past and now wants to do some good. It's obvious in the MacIntyre programme he was on something, that affected him physically. However he was polite in that program and is polite in any interview he's been since. He may or may not exaggerate, we don't know, as we weren't there. It is obvious though that he was a tough guy who can generate a powerful punch/combos and had a lot of brute strength.

He was stabbed in the back a few times by allos pal whilst lee was on top bashing him, allo then took the blade which was dropped and stuck it into lees armpit severing an artery. Lee asked for help but everyone walked away from him. True he was a bully but imo nobody deserves to die bleeding in the road witnessing 50 odd people turning their backs while you beg for help. R.i.p.Lee. Now you've seen the whole of the moon.
