I'd like to add to your answer to the Q&A question from 30:58, if I may: plan for the 1v1 before you get to the 1v1. E.g., by enabling weaker players and teaming on players that look like the biggest threat to not get into a 1v1 with them; by waiting for the right moment to go into the 1v1, or on the flip side by not waiting too long to get into the 1v1 if your opponent is outgenerating you; by keeping your opponent's caps locked throughout the game, and don't lock off your own stacks; by keeping kill guards; etc. etc.

14:05 Kind of weird game play mech. Black player is botting out, and the game announced that he on 4 cards was exchanging and getting 4 troops. But they evidently don't get placed. Seat 1 purple is forced to exchange his set, and gets the 4 troops. Black player comes back on his next turn, doesn't exchange his set, and takes his 5th card.

Cap choice q: Why didn't you cap one territory over to the west since it's a better nexus and less likely to be caplocked? Was it to avoid getting neighbor capped by black (if black played well) or to have the kill guard?

Why is Pete SO OBSESSED not hitting bots ? I mean, I understand you rather use your troops on humans to better your chances cause it's almost impossible to lose to a bot but still... Even with the 10 orange troops the blue kill was still on the table; you would have had his cards and you could defend with your 16-ish troops in Orient.

Dobyounhave a different account where you play more aggressively or expirimentally. Or is there a perfect strategy know any detailed videos about how to play ideal by the book? Alot of it I kind of set and go. And surviving long enough to lock everyone in a stalemate. But I know crazy shit chappen. Im winning a decent amount and still even a master if they seem to get a decent board will run everyone over. Idk I still have trouble picking the right spot. On the second turning be like fuck I shoukd have went here
