I don’t know how I missed this vid, as I search for 105 related stuff all the time. This has to be the best rear drawer set up that I’ve seen. Mate this beats many proprietary units (drifta etc) hands down. I know I’d be willing to get in line for a custom setup from you. You should consider doing this for a (side) business. I thought I had a sorted 105, but yours takes the cake. Other than the 1FZ, which would be God’s engine if petrol was cheap, it really is the duck’s nuts. One question. Have you had a GVM upgrade? I’m pushing it without all the extra gear you have.

Thanks mate appreciate the positive comment I might have to look into making these systems once I’m back home as I have all the machinery to do so it would be a very good side business I appreciate the support I didn’t get around to do a GVM upgrade that’s why I tried to make it all as light as possible with everything aluminium I know I’m just under GVM I did want to get it done but ran out of cash to be able to do so

Looking at installing a heat exchanger, what thermostat did you use mate?
@ryan.and.kayleigh Жыл бұрын
It’s just a thermostat with a probe from thermal products

2:13 I've got those tyres on a 105 series. Had one deep puncture and one instance where the tread came off (yeah that sounds bizarre, but that's what happened) in the snap of about 2 months and they had only done a few thousand k's. Not impressed at all with them

Thanks for the comment, good to know We luckily haven’t had any issues with them and have had them close to a year

How much petrol does she drink per L/km?
@ryan.and.kayleigh Жыл бұрын
A bit too much that’s the one major downside of owning a petrol land cruiser she drinks about 23/L per 100k for 145L of petrol we will get around the 600kms mark
