If you had a wrap around desk you could have a 2nd smaller monitor in front of the 2 chairs if you’re actually going to have meetings in there. The large monitor would be off to the side so that you’re normally turned to the side when working on that one. Or you could just get a second desk arrange them in a L that way the big monitor goes on the side and the smaller for meetings goes on the longe pr side facing the chairs. Hope that makes sense lol

i have the same macbook, i guess, but mine has the Radeo Pro 560X... I am looking for a ultrawide monitor to use with it, maybe an LG, or a DELL like yours, but with LG's i've read a lot of compatibility issues between them and the mbpro 15 mid 2018 with i9 processor and the Radeon Pro 560X, and about DELL, i've looked for any compatibility guarantee on their website, but they only speak about microsoft windows enviroment. Is this combination, between your mbpro and you monitor fully compatible? wich resolution do you use? and does the mbpro receive enough power from the monitor itself? I really need to upgrade my Led Cinema Display, but the new apple monitors seems to be too expensive for me now, so, do you have any advices or reccomendations for me? Disable the seat belt alert. It also disables the stop-start. It's about 30 seconds without any jumpers or forscan

@@Jgo36114 Found one for 800 on Austin TX craigslist. Yes it is 1k because it really is top of the line. Most monitors don't even have USB-C. The ones that do will provide you (if even) less than 50w power via USB-C to charge. This is pretty much the only one that can deliver ~95W via USB-C which is plenty to charge a 15'' laptop.
