also if you have a fresh drill bit for the venturi pump, just turn it in the hole by hand, it removes the material effortlessly

Does the regulator take the same size drill bit as the venturi pump? .100

G'day mate, could you please share where dis you get the instructions for the CJM fuel return? I've already have a spare 350z fuel pump with the return correction and fitting installed, the electrical wiring done, and whats left is to install the hose from the new pump to the engine bay area and I have no idea of the hose arrangement. The only thing I know is that the hose that used to supply fuel is going to be the return now, and the new line is going to supply fuel. Could you share links with instructions or where you get pointers or diagram? Thanks a lot, cheers

G'day Mate, with the kit that I used (CJM) the original feed line is still the feed line. The new additional line (6an) is for the return from the Reg. Unfortunately I dont think there are any diagrams for the return lines available. Once you lay them out they are pretty self explanatory though. There is a join in the factory fuel line at the firewall in the engine bay that you will need to disconnect, there will be an AN style adapter for this join in the kit. From there you plumb to the fuel distribution block. The distribution block has 2 outlets, one goes to the rails & the other returns to the Reg. Hope this helps, Cheers.

@@TheAussieShed thank you very much for your answer and help. I've got a kit from CJM too, but I ordered for a G37 and I have, like you do, a 350z style fuel pump on my 2008 G37. However, Charles from CJM is really awesome and sent me the needed parts and let me return the ones that I wasn't going to use, and a brief explanation and pictures of it installed in a 370z. Ive got four hoses, one from the tank to a new filter under the middle of the car, another long hose from the filter outlet to the back of the four way piece over the rail, then another to the regulator and under the regulator the old feed line will be return. My mind was a mess but today I finally understood it and feel confident to install

why not run stagea vq25det fuel pump assembly which is factory return and have a bolt in solution without having to modify?

I got 60/40 rosin Flux core for the soldering on my pump. Is that what you used? Man this video was epically helpful!

G'day Mate, yep 60/40 is what I used in the video, glad you found it useful. Cheers.

Hey mate where did you get the O rings for the fuel pump? I just cleaned my sensors and went to the petrol station today, filled up and petrol poured everywhere on the ground. Im guessing one of my O rings is fucked and needs replacing. Cheers

G'day Michael, scroll down a bit in the comments & you'll see talk of what size drill to use on the Venturi pump. Sorry for that, the Venturi work got lost in the editing.

Hi Diego, unfortunately you will have to pull it out to visually check which one it is. My understanding is the 2010 year has the shortened 370Z style. Cheers.
