I try to make the most of the time I have in this short leg day, so, I have come up with 2 super sets that will hit all parts of your legs. This super quick workout consists of 4 exercises, 2 that are quad focused and 2 that are hamstring focused. These will be done in 2 separate super sets that will save you time but also leave you with a crazy quad and hamstring pump.
This workout is perfect if you are in a rush and do not have as much time. Let me know if you are able to try it!

1. Quad Focused Super Set
a. Hack Squat Machine: 4xFailure
b. Bodyweight Sissy Squats: 4x10-15
2. Hamstrings Focused Exercises
a. Cable Romanian Deadlifts: 4x15-20
b. Seated Hamstring Curls: 4xFailure
