❤ I woke up at 3:35 a.m. to go to the restroom. When I got back in the bed I was unable to fall asleep I turned over and started watching this program on my local PBS station here in Wisconsin . This video led me to Indonesia at the end of 2023 for my 50th birthday I spent 7 Days on my panchakarma and it was absolutely life-changing ❤ thank you so much for sharing your experience I definitely plan on going back and I am looking forward to doing an even longer stay at one world
