Also apparently grow at least two extra arms AFTER being teased for having four if you consider the FF9 cameo as canon to before meeting Exdeath. (And he clearly has the power to reduce to just two when he wants, so the six arms is a choice.) And I'm pretty sure the intention is that are no non-canon (to his own continuity anyway) Gilgamesh appearances.

God FF15 is just terrible. Trying to be edgy and emo when Gilgamesh is just a fun comedic boss, fight and atmosphere is should be filled of excitement and some silliness and they tried to make him serious and completely NOT Gilgamesh at all. Even the song sucks. Anyone who tells me FF15 is a good FF can’t prove it to me lol
