Really solid content. Happy you covered the exhaust jack, they’re a great tool many people seem to be unaware of.

We got the Agency 6 closed winch hook as well and very impressed with the quality of the build and already has the guard built in as compared to the Factor 55 which is separate.

Gas storage ideas?
@Adventure_Rig3 жыл бұрын
I use 2 scepter 5 gal fuel cans for diesel on the back of my rig. They are expensive but if you know anyone in the military they might be able to hook you up

@@Adventure_Rig im in the military 👀 , why diesel in a GX ?? Also , how do you attach them

I have not come up with any safe storage ideas yet for myself. Don't really want to put it on the roof. Maybe on the rear once I get a different bumper.

Hey Logan! I’ve gotten multiple product solutions from this video but now I’m trying to figure out what hitch to buy for my ‘06 GX with using it as a recovery point. What do you have…a standard, full hitch mounted to both frame rails or the simpler style ones like the Metal Tech mini hitch that provides ground clearance? Any recommendations? Not towing really…just recovery

I've heard that the snatch straps (ARB) have a lifespan. You can use pull with them a certain amount of times before they need to be replaced. I think ARB is only 10 pulls. Obviously the strap looks fine but apparently the intergity is sound. Those kinetic ropes have a MUCH long lifespan (100+ pulls). Not sure if this all actually true... lol

I have heard this too! Just watched a video with Matt’s Off-road Recovery talking about it.

I'm not sure if I missed it in the video but how do you store all your gear?
@davidwayne99823 жыл бұрын
Yankem ROPES are better... you get kinetic tow effect- can JERK without damaging either vehicle.. safe too and outlast a strap by a LONG time..
