In this Carnival Mardi Gras Thermal Suite & Cloud 9 Spa tour, I take you along as I indulge in pampering myself with several wellness services as well as a peek of all of the amenities you can expect to experience. The Cloud 9 spa has massages, a salon, thermal suite and tons of other amenities. I took advantage of the complimentary locker room as well as enjoyed the dry sauna, aroma therapy sauna, experience showers, and hydrotherapy mineral pool. I like your swim dress! I've never done the spa and don't think I ever will. Kind of freaks me out people touching my body. I have enjoyed the thermal spa on one of the Princess ships and may do that again especially if they has a nice swirly bubbly hot pool. I'm glad you posted this video and showed us what is done for the different treatments. You are braver than I am, as far as spa treatments go. I had my first cruise spa experience on this ship. The only thing I did not like is that their week pass cost more than it did for a seven-day on Jubilee.

Oh!? I guess it's all relative and supply and demand based on dates and all that jazz...I recall on HAL Zuiderdam it was $228 for a week pass, so, this was pretty good. I'm sure every ship price will vary for the thermal suite...if they even have one. Thanks for chiming in...

Isn’t it so nice? I love thalassotherapy pools and the heated chairs. I don’t normally get all the treatments you had but I have tried acupuncture and it is cool. The showers with the lights, I have tried several times. No one explained how to exactly use them but ok it’s good stuff. We sailed on the Dream and Breeze and their pools are very large and nice. The chairs were heated at a couple of temps, warm to hot stuff haha. Thanks for the video tour! Very fancy.

My sister and I are staying in a spa cabin, on the Mardi Gra this summer. I can’t wait!! Your pkg treatments were interesting. 🤔. I was going to get a massage anyway, so why not try more? And the saunas and whirlpool are Everything!! We booked a spa cabin just to have access to them everyday😊

I don't understand your last question. The spa treatments did what I expected them to do. Helped me relax, detox and enjoy the thermal spa. You don't need to pay for the locker room or the dry sauna. Everything else has a fee.

Hi. Yes, for me they were. The detox treatments worked very well and I didn't feel a difference until the 2nd day, but yes, they did their job and I wasn't really sore or tensed up anywhere since I don't have stress in my life, but it was nice to get the massage and facial. In the future, I would definitely do the Iothermie and Seaweed again, maybe not the facial since I didn't really see or feel a difference except it felt like a good massage but others may get more benefit from it than I did.
