Davao City scores higher to me due to their clean drinking water from the faucet. My last trip there in Aug 2024, I never had to look for DiaTab and that was the deciding factor which convinced me to buy property there.

For a city as large as Davao youd expect ultra modern infrastructure like railways, skyways, and state of the art bridges but instead you get a third world messy urban sprawl with substandard to poor to nonexistent infrastructure. So epic fail for the very overrated Davao.
