So many good things. 1. Residential Kitchen - storage - full size appliances - broom closet - *dishwasher prepped* 👏 - dual garbage can storage. 2. Interior height. 3. Wall Paper 4. "Stackable" washer and dryer. 👍 But then... Too many deal breakers. 1. No divider between the Stove Top and TV. 🍳🥘 2. Vents in floor. 3. Carpet in slides. 4. Kitchen Slide toe kick. (Needs to be a flush floor slide) 5. Dual basin sink. 😒 Especially in a residential kitchen with full size appliances. AND, dishwasher prepped. All the small dishes easily go in the dishwasher. BUT, crockpots, instapots, 9x13 baking dishes, etc., you need a large sink. Wish it had... 1. Towel bar instead of octopus hooks. 2. Nautilus shower curtain instead of shower doors/ tracks. The couch in front... I would just remove it and that would be my office space. Awesome views while working... 👍 The picket fence in front ok if the house decal was removed.

Very Nice! I would imagine the electrical design may be somewhat different in a trailer like this. I assume that with the residential fridge and the electric water heater, they assume you will park this near utility hookups. I wonder with all the real estate on the roof you could certainly set up an incredible solar system and run the trailer primarily off solar, but then you would at least have to convert the water heater to a propane model. Certainly an interesting model.

I want a destination trailer so badly!!! But, It would be hard to move around as I travel.... Maybe i should just do it hahaha What do you think Josh, towable from Idaho to Alaska for the summer?? Haha
@JoshtheRVNerd2 жыл бұрын
Personally I see things like this for NOT moving. For the type of park where you almost buy the site sort of like a small property. I think if you're going to move a time or two a year, then a fifth wheel is the smarter option. If for no reason other than you gain the outside storage AND they have things like extra suspension features to ease the stress on the RV during transit.
@brendenspudsbenjamin2 жыл бұрын
@@JoshtheRVNerd That makes sense. What if you upgraded the suspension by adding some sumo Springs support and a road armor equalizer? As of this moment, I spend six months in one spot then go somewhere else or another 6 months. Then back to my original spot for another 6 months. Then back to the other spot for 6 months. During the winter I don't move at all. During the summer I move more randomly but only small amounts between different parts in about a 1 hour radius of my area. I like the idea of a fifth wheel and the storage it has but not necessarily the extra cost for the leveling system and the gooseneck and all of that. The destination trailer is way more open and home like and you don't have some of the convenience extras that I necessarily wouldn't use often enough. Granted you lose outside storage. I think the biggest issue would be CCC. That's probably what'll keep me from one.
@JoshtheRVNerd2 жыл бұрын
@@brendenspudsbenjamin I mean that's likely possible. But I would estimate at that point you'd basically just be back at the budget/benefits of a fifth wheel if that makes any sense

0:03 based on the layout I’m already loving it, & even though it’s a “destination” RV it still looks like #RoadMode is good for someone like me who wants to move about the country more than stay in 1 place for a long period of time (i.e. in a destination) 😉 got anything like this in a non destination RV for us #TowAndGo folks (+ a flat deck 5th wheel would be awsome too)? 🤔💭 *Never Mind; I see the links in the description 👍🏽 🙏🏽
@SamuelJMartinIII2 жыл бұрын
On 2nd Thought… I could see having an appropriate sized towing vehicle, a semi tracker truck, to tow this puppy around with a Smart Car carried over the truck’s normal hitch on a platform built for it since you’re not towing a 5th Wheel to have as your daily driver (I’ve seen it done before) 🙌🏽 I like this that much 🤩 + even though I wouldn’t want to park it in 1 place for an entire season (or longer), I would like to stay put for at least 2-4 weeks at a time (BLM like locations) & could even see hauling fresh water in & dumped water out instead of moving the RV just to do that (also conserving water to extend the stay until I would want to move & find a dump station along the way) 🤔
@JoshtheRVNerd2 жыл бұрын
I think if I were going to do ANY towing, then I'd just go with a fifth wheel to gain the extra outside storage and better suspension for taking stress off the RV during towing

Since these spend most of their time parked at storage or destination, why not extend the side stripe graphics to the sides of the sliders. It would definitely improve the look of the unit from owners and people passing by. Everyone nowadays wants sliders, I don’t get why builders don’t spruce up the style and look of an extended slide. I am not really enthusiastic about the picket fence on the front of the trailer. Too much pink flamingo south west run down trailer park tacky for me.
