Great video. What size needle for beanies? Is ball point necessary?

Hello! For embroidering beanies, we recommend using a 75/11 needle size, which is ideal for thicker fabrics like knit beanies. A sharp point needle usually works well, but if the beanie is made of stretchy or delicate fabric, a ballpoint needle can help prevent snags or damage.

This is perfect timing! I just received mine yesterday. Can I use adhesive spray on my regular backing or us the clips like you did for the caps?

Congrats on the new machine and welcome to the family! You can use adhesive spray on the regular backing as the clips are mainly used for the 8 in 1 device.

Hi there! It could be a variety of things, but for the most part it comes down to the tension of that particular needle/digitizing.

Why didn't the video cover the underlay settings? don;t you think it's kind of misleading? and honestly to the newbees dont get this hoop, it took him 3 times longer than a traditional hoop which is not helpful when you are in production mode
