nitrous has only one possible negative effect on the body. if used in excess (like 20 canisters a day) you may develop a vitamin b12 deficiency. the myth that you're "getting high on brain damage" is more applicable to huffing things like gasoline and paint. Nitrous Oxide is a remarkably safe drug, which is why its used so commonly in medical settings, culinary settings, and recreational settings. also, a whippit off a couple tabs of good acid is legitimately better than sex lol

Fentanyl are not percs, man. Percs is short for Percocet. Percocet is just a form of oxycodone. So oxys and percs would be the same, not Fentanyl.

ik both oxycontin, percocet, roxicodone, etc are all brands for oxycodone but most street percocets (aka blues/fake percs) have fentanyl in them so to make it easier based on how ive consumed each drug i just categorized oxycodone into oxycontin and fentanyl into percocet

I'd personally put nangs (nitrous bulbs) much lower 'cos of the brain damage and death they cause, similar to petrol sniffing. Tramadol's an interesting one. It can interact really badly with many drugs and cause serotonin syndrome, which as well as being potentially lethal, is a really bad time.

This is mostly pretty fair I like this ranking but idk why you put (Ecstasy) on MDMA, Ecstasy and MDMA aren’t the same. MDMA is just pure MDMA but ecstasy is usually a smaller amount of MDMA usually mixed with pressed etizolam or another benzo as well as meth or an amphetamine analogue usually methylone.

Mdma is the main active substance in ecstasy pills so it's fair imo. And I never heard of benzos being mixed in there, that doesn't make any sense because it kinda neutralizes the mdma effect

All depends on the purity, dose, set and setiing. 2c-b can be anything from a slight stimulant/aphrodisiac (sex on 2c-b is insane) to a full on trip at higher doses. In general, I find it's best in low doses as a party/clubbing drug.
