The Ultimate Fishing Adventure - Northern Territory Highlights

We've captured some beautiful memories from our time in NT. Fishing, adventuring and escaping into the wilderness to catch Barramundi in some of the most incredible locations. Places I've dreamt about since I was a kid. NT's natural wonder has certainly exceeded my expectations.
Looking forward now to the next adventure as we continue around the country.
The gear we used on our fishing trips include:
200 Shimano Curado bait casting reel and Bass Raider 3-5kg rod for skip casting plastics with 20lb slick 8 Powerpro line
3-5kg 7'2 Shimano Sienna Combo 12lb Powerpro braid

Awwww! Johnny, left me hanging when you said at the end you were going to go fishing for whitting, on top water,I was spewn.Soooo jealous.Would love to experience what u are,its been a hoot taking this journey with you guys.Wow! it really blew me away how opportunistic crocs try to be.Thank Christ you don't drop your guard mate as those kids are full of character.You can tell those crocs to take a hike,as there's no free lunch here for you mate.Take care safe journey to you all God Bless.

Been watching all you videos and was watching your jack guide DVD last night so much helpful content and has just been so inspiring to pick up a rod and go enjoy the outdoors and scenery of little rivers and hidden spots have learnt so much about fishing from just watching you do your thing and that’s the coolest part safe travels for you and the family! 🙂

I’ll never cast as well as I did with my $16 Zenith Combo from Kmart at 16yo mate. I miss those combos :) how good was fishing as a kid btw.

Gday John, big fan of your KZbin Channel, and being in about the same brain capacity as a dinosaur, have now only just figured out how to Comment on your Channel. Firstly your NT Trip, particularly Corroboree & Dundee Beach are incredible places let alone to fish. One question, can you do a special on Skip Casting, real set up etc as it’s something I want to get into before I’m up both your way and the NT. Cheers

Trip is looking unreal Johnny but the Gold Coast jack season isn't going to be the same without you showing us all how it's done. I noticed the small ball sinker on a weedless rig in an earlier video and haven't noticed in any videos from down here, is that something you've just adopted for up there or is it something you've picked up you think will work on the jacks down here?

heading to the NT on the 14th of october. Not sure if its closed season wanted to ideally target Barramundi., or any other species that are worth it in the lakes rivers or ocean. any tips from anyone? dont have a boat. so will be doing charters and shore fishing if its safe to do so. thanks

Could you please fix your audio because it is the worst of all the fishing shows I watch and I watch a lot, you are hard to hear most of the time and no I do not have a hearing problem haha love the show but fix the audio 😎😎

Bill thanks a lot for your feedback. I’ll get to work and try and sort it out ;) I’m always editing late night when my family are in beds beside me in the van so I run earphones to edit. I’ll keep this in mind and look at some options to improve it ;) thanks again for taking the time to help make it better
