It's actually not clear if Chopper improved the Rumble Ball over the time skip; I personally don't think he did. He improved his mastery of his devil fruit and his base body strength in some manner. The fact that he can use all his other forms without a rumble ball means he must have improved his mastery of his fruit in some way, and I'm sure the medical knowledge improved his base body in some way. But more importantly, when Franky was swapped into his body in punk Hazard, he wasn't able to control Monster Point meaning it's a matter of Devil Fruit mastery. The only contentious point is that he only needed one rumble ball to enter monster point instead of 3, but again if he improved his base body, then it can be explained.

He also briefly talks about how he refined the rumble balls post time skip when he gives them to bepo, though he mentions they may not work as he believes the drug could be influencing his fruit rather than his body. When bepo takes them it shows these drugs are in fact effecting choppers body and not his fruit as they transform bepo into his soolong form. Choppers fruit doesn't even give him his points, it's the drugs.

He hasnt trained his devil fruit long enough to access the power. Bepo transformed into soolong, which is his most powerful, Chopper's most powerful form would be the awakened DF. When he had no business in that form he was a mindless raging monster, after training 2 years he can control the form but still not powerful enough to get their on his own. @ I’m specifically saying he DOESN’T improve the rumble ball during the time skip. He DID improve them with the help of Caesar later down the line (with worse side effects). Presumably he manufactured a new one from scratch for Bepo since Bepo’s transformation is not Devil Fruit related. And he can use all his non monster forms without the rumble ball post time skip so it’s absolute DF based. He explains early that the different points are based on the ratio of human to reindeer DNA for different body parts; the rumble ball makes it easier to do, but with more training he doesn’t need it for most of them.

Only 3 people have pushed him that we are aware of (4th is kinda an outlier that everyone is wary of): 1) Ace; whom he fought to a standstill for 3 days but we don’t know the details of that fight 2) Sakazuki; who seriously injured him and Luffy but he was also guarding Luffy at time. 3) Big Mom; held his own both times but wasn’t her main focus either time 4) Magellan; on one hand it’s like *he didn’t bother to face him, nor had the time and I a hard counter to most people* on the other hand *he can also take a beating and like it or not there’s no such thing as a fair fight*. I think that Chopper's scientific abilities are CRIMINALLY underrated! The rumble ball is a substance that allows the user to awaken his abilities. Just like luffy's gear 2,3,4 are part of his DV evolution/awakening, chopper's forms are the evolution of his DV, leading to the awakening (same with the minks). Vegapunk and Caesar are desperately trying to understand and recreate devil fruits, and they have literally ALL THE RESOURCES THE WORLD CAN POSSIBLY PROVIDE THEM. While Chopper made the rumble ball on a fricking frozen mountain using herbs!

Choppers Monster point is the Beast version of the awakening, the mindless one, but he doesn't get the smoke/flame wreath thing around him, which leads me to think chopper could awaken a different awakening.

You know what my theory is to how Chopper came to control Monster Point? He lived on an island among semi-primitive humans and moderately intelligent animals, both of whom had been at odds with each other, but Chopper quite literally established peace between the animals and humans of the island, he came to terms with both the human nature, the animal nature, and both the sophisticated education and primitive nature of both groups. He EXTERNALLY brought the island to terms with its animal and human components to create harmony where there was discord, and it probably helped him to internally come to terms with his Devil Fruit induced humanity as well as his inherent animalistic background. I think Monster Point needed that kind of psychological epiphany from Chopper before he could control it, because he was at odds with himself, he was afraid of the Monster within, in every sense, being a "freak" as an animal who was not quite an animal, and a human who was not quite human, and a power that manifested in a manner that brought out what he thought was the worst but most powerful and necessary aspects of both. He then came to realize he wasn't taking the worst, most monstrous aspects of each of his heritages, but just amplifying the strongest physical qualities he could from his entire being and bringing them out.

Although Zoro likely used CoC or "exorted" CoC against Kaido He didn't coat his attacks with Conquerors haki, as since told Luffy that someone Like Luffy can't coat his attacks, only the strongest can do it, right after Zoro used Ashura So if Ashura was CoC coated, i don't think Oda would have Kaido indirectly confirm that Zoro is stronger than Luffy

Robin is super special case.. Mr pirate man on the internet, I'd I may be so bold as to perform my own analysis into the ultimate form for our favorite fish boi. We know that other Fishmen such as Arlong and Hody Jones are capable of manipulating water to the point of it being solid enough to damage an opponent. So what would stop Jinbei from using a more advanced version of that technique creating a coat of armor for himself as well as some knuckles for extra damage in his fishman karate. I think it wpuld be a fairly decent upgrade to his moveset while paying respect to those he cares about even if they have lost their way. And also imagine coating that armor in armament haki, it would be much more effective in combat.

The “levels” of black belt are more than likely referring to how many tiles they can break with a strike. Considering Jimbei has a 7000 tile roundhouse move, I think its safe to say he is always in the ultimate form 😂
