I absolutely have no idea why anyone would want to do this. The GBC is basically a little thicker than the GBP because it has AA batteries which are superior to AAA batteries. Even if you want to go LiPo, that's extra space for a longer lasting battery.

Personally never owned a Pocket. I love the more square design and the smaller form factor. That being said, I've never modded anything in my life because I like preserving factory sets for the most part but I'd love to own one of these mods.

Hey Jake, I have a question not related to this video. But I recently modded my GBA with the V5 drop kit. It worked well, but it all of a sudden changed to black and white and I can’t get it to change back. I didn’t sodder at all, I just used the touch component. Do you have a suggestions on how I could change it back? I can’t find any info anywhere 😢

There are two touchpads. One for brightness and the other changes color palettes. Tap around the GBA logo next to the spot you touch for brightness adjustments and you’ll cycle through the colors

if game boy pocket supports 2 AA battery then it may have been very great. due to this reason, i gave up collecting gb pocket. poor batter life and it ruins your mood
