I am not sure in that currency, I got it for on sale for about 200 USD here in Hong Kong (No Import/Delivery in Hong Kong). Although now it’s back at 299 USD.

if ur getting a 4060 i wouldnt get a 7800x3d

Honestly, would recommend a 3070 rather then a 4060. Imo, 4060 and 3060 are basically the same (but the 4060 has frame generation, which is a neat feature but a lot of games will struggle with it on a 4060), go for a 3070 if you can.
