I recommend that if you come, buy Georgian baked bread. Called Shoti. You don’t even have to eat it with anything) And if you add butter and suluguni cheese to it (If the cheese is of high quality). I guarantee an unforgettable experience :)

Thanks for this video, Ojaxuri and "Chijik bijik" aren't considered to be authentic Georgian food, we do eat it, yes, like we eat Borsch quite often. You missed some of my favourites: Chakafuli- which can't be compared with any other dish, it's really unique, Svanuri Kubdari- it could easily become your favourite :)) Chakhokhbili, Abkhazura

Chashushuli and chakhokhbili are definitely my favourites. Lobio as well if you're a vegetarian. Georgia has fantastic stews.
