11 green cooking bananas
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 medium tomato
1 1/2 prepared salted cod (salt fish)
1 teaspoon black pepper (divided)
6 cloves garlic
5 scallions (divided)
3-4 tablespoon chopped parsley (divided)
2-3 medium tomatoes
6-8 sprigs thyme (divided)
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 bell pepper (sweet pepper)
3/4 cup Jarlsberg Cheese
1 1/2 cup aged cheddar
2 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
cooking spray to grease the baking dish

Thx U Thx U Thx U 😋 Woke up ur Pie which reminds me of my Mami's Piñyon (Puerto Rican version of Sheppard Pie) which consisted of Fried Sweet Plantains, Seasoned Ground Beef & French Cut String Beans. Mami used Egg Frittata on top & bottom of pie & it was made in pie dish & cut like pie. Thxs for waking up memories of my Mami. Yummmmm😋
