I had a lot of weight gain due to inflammation from mold exposure. It also caused me to crave carbs and sugar a lot, not to mention the many chronic health conditions I had. Once I removed myself from the toxic environment my weight went from 268 to 194. Inflammation can cause a lot of pain and I was holding onto water because I was also dehydrated.

This video is very interesting to me because I've been craving some of these foods lately. I have Crohn's and as the holidays have been stressful this year, I've had some of my symptoms returning. Picked up an apple cider vinegar and ginger shot I would normally NEVER go for at the store the other day because it sounded...refreshing?? It's reassuring in a way that sometimes maybe my body does know what I need. I'll be incorporating these tips from now on! P.S. My dad has ALWAYS stood by turmeric for inflammation after his shoulders and knees stopped hurting so bad taking it every day. He's worked construction his whole life.

hi i might be wrong but i just took college consumers nutrition and my professor told us trans fats were banned in the US as of 2018 i think, can anyone elaborate or correct me ?? she mentions it in the video as some junk foods have trans fats. i also thought maybe this video was outdated a few years but it was just posted
@drayanicoleАй бұрын
Even after the FDA’s ban on artificial trans fats, food manufacturers still have some leeway. It turns out that “no trans fats” really means “just a bit of trans fat.” It’s a matter of rounding down. Food can be sold and labeled as having zero trans fat if there is less than 0.5 grams per serving.

@melanie7068Ай бұрын
Exactly. Its hard to follow people online because if they believe something (like her being vegan) they promote it as the best thing, but it isn’t because the best thing is different for every person. I am vegetarian because it is the best thing for me to do with my health problems. I shouldn’t eat meat, but being completely vegan would limit my diet greatly (because i have to be low carb and low salt and a variety of other things) but point is I would never say vegetarian is best, because for some it isn’t. Do what is best for you and your body, we’re all different ❤
