And if I m wearing them then obviously the soap come in contact with the gemstones. However, I can understand that we need to clean using brush especially towards back side. So plz advice whether we need to remove gemstones while taking bath.

Gems need not be removed while bathing. It’s okay to let the soap accumulate, and then clean the gem as per frequency suggested in the video.
