Hey Todd. Lou here from Pearl River, New York. I'm 71 and come back to your videos before every round as a refresher of my setup and swing cues. I must admit, since I retired and play more regularly I'm playing the best golf of my life. But a major part of the credit is your instruction videos geared to us experienced golfers. Excellent job Todd on explaining how to hit the hybrid! After playing this game for over 70 years, a few years back, I decided to put away the long irons and replace them with hybrids and graphite shafted irons! I have now replaced my regular irons with a hybrid style iron which I am enjoying! I agree with you on ball position (which I am always concerned about) and the takeaway of both woods and irons. Your lessons have helped me out tremendously! Well Done Todd!

70 years old, watching from Salisbury, Maryland. Every club in my bag is a hybrid except the putter, Gap wedge and driver. I'm a believer!!

Hi Todd just got the maxvert hybrid's, hitting them much better than when i had my other hybrid. whe i use the 22 loft hybird i get a divet after hitting the ball, am i coming down steep on the backswing. I try to keep the club high on the back swing usin the VLSalso got The Bad Lie gives great informatio and tips,has definitely improved my golf overall

I've always hit my hybrids better than my longer irons. At 76 I just picked up a set of all hybrid irons from Tour Edge (E522 iron woods). I'm liking them so far. How do you feel about these new "all hybrid" iron sets that are surging on the market? Thanks again for a great, easy to follow video.

Hybrids are great clubs and certainly easier to hit than a long iron in our experience.

Todd when hitting the fairway wood should you also raise the lead heel or keep it flat on the grass and when using the wood off the tee

@@TonyDunwoody-yz1px great question. For "experienced" older golfers we like to see the led heal come off the ground slightly as it helps with increasing the turn.

Wish I could hit my maxvert hybrid's like you in your videos, struggle to get height on my 18 loft hybrid and don't hit them as long as I would like to. Try to use VLS system
