"but the straight things are going to be what kill you" lol dude I love that you have your own way of explaining these things. they make sense, but they're also funny and unique, yet you still get the point across, you're not here trying to do some sort of comedy skit, you're still teaching us about fighting

Love the content Corey. Could you go over some of your favorite go to combos or set ups during a fight ?

Dope, I want to see more. Maybe I can splurge for the combined instructional one day even though I don't train striking. I just like to learn and would like to train striking someday if I can get that sorted. Currently, a BJJ purple belt but been out of training for a bit for a couple reasons that I'm looking to remedy sooner than later. Peace!

Great video, these are really helping with my training. Just a quick question though, could you elaborate on why someone shouldn't do what you did at 2:52/ what the difference between this and the correct technique is? I can be on the slow side and this part confused me.

How stiff or loose is the parrying hand? Is it floating or are you bracing it ?
@CrowdPleeza10 ай бұрын
What types of punches are parries better for? When I've seen fights where an opponent came at another fighter with aggressive charging punches that fighter would use some type of shield defense. Would parrying be effective for those wild aggressive punches?
