That opening riff was simple, but the same kind of simple when you start to optimize their details in any art by cutting down the fluff and unnecessary stuff to have exactly what you want to be there, nothing more, nothing less, and it was very smooth!I loved that beat.

Appreciate Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you thought about - Riddleagan Smart Hands Remedy (search on google)? It is a good exclusive product for learning piano fast minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my old buddy Taylor at very last got excellent success with it.

The first time I watched this I had no idea in mind but on improvising out of nowhere without an even decent amount of mode knowledge. But now that I know the modes on each scales, I understand this lesson now and it help me broaden again my horizon in jazz playing. Thank you.

@febilogi
@febilogi 3 жыл бұрын
You just have to follow to main scale. Because 2-5-1 is always minor7-dominant7-major7(or min7) and the modes of each chord is dorian-mixolyd-ionian or aeolian but aeolian is too sad for jazz, so they use dorian because it's just one note different on scale :) cmiiw

This has blown my mind. Are you effectively doing a key change with every chord change? Because with your right hand you’re playing notes in different keys with each chord change. Not familiar with blues music but I’ve always thought of improvisation as being in a single key, and all the chords and right hand melody fit in with that single key.

For step five is the scales just the notes of the seven chord then the first 3 notes of the chord add a whole step. That may be an easier way to remember. Could you do a video on that. This was one of your best videos yet I like this building slow format plus thanks for.yhe backing track.
